Might be going out tonight with some girls to dance off the cookies...we shall see.
Tomorrow is yoga. I am so excited because I feel a little tight from swimming and running.
Ahhh, I need girl scout cookies! Ours are a bit different here though, more Oreo-like...I hope I see some around soon!
ReplyDeleteWOW!!! I think you should look for a degree in culinary sciences!!! Do you really like goat cheese?? I sometimes find it a bit sharp. How about provolone???
ReplyDeleteI am trying to like goat cheese. Its not that I find it sharp...I feel like it has a chemical taste to it. truth be told, I wanted feta...but accidently bought Goat Cheese Feta..oops! I used it on my salad and it was tasty with the dried cranberries and last night with the sweet spinach it was good. I am trying to like it...I like provolone..just didn't have any on hand!!
ReplyDeleteHow are your cooking experience going? Should I post the Chicken Pot Pie on my blog?
Is all feta goat milk derived or is there goat and also cow milk feta???
ReplyDeleteI believe there is a goat's milk feta and a cow's milk feta because this feta had a distinctly different taste than feta I am used to.
ReplyDeleteHi Meghan! I love your blog. I just found it via Oh She Glows and I'm hooked!
ReplyDeleteGoat cheese is a funny one - but I like it because my fiance is lactose intolerant so I've gotten used to it. I love it on pizza, and it's great when paired with sweet flavors - jams, dried fruit, berries, etc. I made mini polenta pizzas with it the other day and they were heavenly! (here's the recipe, if you're interested - suuuuper easy: http://iamthebeholder.wordpress.com/2009/02/25/a-mouthful-of-awesome/)
